Owning a driver's license is bot a privilege and a responsibility. While having a license can give convenience to someone as he/she can have a freedom to operate vehicles, he must be responsible enough to follow or abide in the law of the state on where he or she it.
Reckless driving can do serious harm not only to the one who is driving but much worst to the pedestrians who might be the victim of one's mistake. Driving is a serious activity that it can cost the lives of others if done recklessly. That is why, every state in the country has there corresponding laws on DUI and not following it can bring you into a serious trouble.
